Why the system does not recognize the USB device, or the USB device does not operate properly？

  • Check that the device is inserted correctly.
  • Check whether the device’s connector is dirty.
  • The connected USB device may not be compatible with the system.
  • Try changing the USB connector where it is connected. The device may not be recognized depending on the combination of USB connectors in use.
  • In some cases, the system may not recognize the device if an external USB hub is used and more than the allotted number of devices are connected. Try removing unused devices.
