Main features updated in system software ver 6.39

• The error message that appears when sign-in to PlayStation®Network fails has been revised.

An unauthorized access to PlayStation®Network has been confirmed and, as a security measure, a process that requires all PlayStation®Network account holders to change passwords has been added.

After you update to version 6.39, you will be required to change your account password the first time you sign in to PlayStation®Network.

Currently, in Hong Kong, you will not be able to immediately change your password after updating your system software. We will announce the date when you can change your password for PlayStation®Network and use PlayStation®Network services in Hong Kong as soon as the date has been set.
