Day 1: Product check-in for repair at PlayStation® Service Centre (Mong Kok / CWB M-Zone)
Day 2: PlayStation(r) Repair Centre contact customer for repair status
Day 3 ~ 7: Product under repairing
- Repair Completed and PlayStation® Repair Centre will contact customer for pickup arrangement
- Repaired Product ready for pick up at PlayStation® Service Centre per customer’s confirmation, usually next day PM after notification.
* Above repair schedule counts on working days only
*PlayStation® Repair Centre will contact affected customer should there be repair parts shortage; Repair schedule will be counted from shortage parts arrival to Repair Centre
