Why my PSP® system does not recognize a music file？

  • Check that the music data is saved in the correct folder on the Memory Stick Duo™.
  • Music data of types that are not compatible with the system will not be recognized.
  • To play WMA format data, you must first activate “Enable WMA Playback” under (System Settings).
