Singapore, 4^th July, 2012-Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong Limited (“SCEH”) announces the rules and regulations of “Street Fighter® 25^th Anniversary Tournament”. The tournaments will be from four of the most popular fighting games that Capcom Co., Ltd developed. Regional tournaments will take place in locations throughout the world, with the top finishers receiving invites to the Grand Finals Tournament in the United States in December 2012.  The Regional Finalists from the Asia Final will represent their country at the Grand Finals Tournament for a chance to win large cash prizes.  Throughout the course of the tournament series, up to USD 500,000 worth of cash prizes, non-cash prizes and amenities will be awarded.  The winner of Street Fighter X Tekken at the Asia Final will also be entitled to a free trip to Tokyo in September, including a visit to the Tokyo Game Show.

General 25th Anniversary Rules: l   Players can enter multiple tournaments during the same regional tournament l   Players can enter as many regional tournaments as they want l   Players can only win one qualifying spot per tournament category, so once a player qualifies for the grand finals, they are no longer allowed to enter that same category at future events

Street Fighter X Tekken versus (single mode): l   Game version: PlayStation 3 l   Game Settings: Versus, 99 seconds, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, Default Handicap * Preliminary will be in Versus mode. Winner is decided by winning 3 of 5 possible rounds, best of 3 matches and 99 seconds. This includes game freezing, game resetting, player freezing, etc. l   Winner may change ultra, but has to pick ultra first after loser picks character. l   Controllers/ arcade sticks are provided but all players are allowed bring their own (Controller with rapid fire function is not allowed).

Street Fighter III: Third Strike – Online Edition l   Game version: PlayStation 3 l   Game Settings: Versus Mode, 99 Seconds, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, No Handicap * Preliminary will be in Versus mode. Winner is decided by winning 3 of 5 possible rounds, best of 3 matches and 99 seconds. No Handicap l   If the players do not agree on a stage within 15 seconds, the match will be random stage select. l   You may not use any glitch that prevents the game from being played. This includes game freezing, game resetting, player freezing, etc. l   Gill is not allowed in tournament play l   Controllers/ arcade sticks are provided but all players are allowed bring their own (Controller with rapid fire function is not allowed).

Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix: l   Game version: PlayStation 3 l   Game Settings: Versus Mode, 99 Seconds, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, No Handicap * Preliminary will be in Versus mode. For those who cannot attend on time, will be disqualified his/her qualification.

• Participants must follow instructions of stadium staff. If participants violate the tournament regulations, the qualification will be disqualified immediately.
• In case of disputes, SCEH reserves the rights of final decision.
• SCEH reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior and separate notice.
