在Platypus™中，您將操縱飛船穿越充滿挑戰和刺激的30道橫向卷軸遊戲關卡。在這個創新的橫向卷軸遊戲冒險中，您將在獨一無二的3D手工粘土畫面中盡情暢遊，收集各種能量提升道具，擊退入侵的敵軍，消滅阻擋在您道路上的所有障礙。
為了幫助您在Platypus™中不斷生存下去，遊戲為您的飛船提供了6種不同的能量提升道具。消滅了特別陣型的金色戰鬥機將可獲得武器能量提升道具。一旦獲得了武器能量提升道具，在畫面的左上角將出現一個計時器，顯示提升能量用盡前的剩餘時間。能量提升道具還會懸掛在氣球上的箱子，您可擊毀箱子獲得藏在其的道具。
