Hong Kong, 30th May, 2018 – Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited (SIEH) announced today that it will domestically release update version 1.19 for the popular PlayStation®4 (PS4™) game, Gran Turismo SPORT.
This update includes additional Sport Mode features, nine new vehicles, a new course, and new GT League events.
After updating, players will be able to register their e-mail address, region, and other information during the initial entry to Sport Mode. The registered contents can then be edited and/or removed from the “Sport Mode Registered Information” option. Local rankings will be displayed in the Champion Point Ranking for those who input and registered their regional information.
Moreover, the nine new vehicles will include the legendary group C cars, two of Renault’s hot models, two nostalgic Italian vehicles, and new and old Japanese sports cars.
Known as being the place where the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans, one of the world’s big three races, is held, the new course is a circuit from the town of Le Mans in the west of France, the Circuit de la Sarthe. Three events have also been added to the GT League single player mode, and new elements have been added to Scapes, Brand Central, and to Circuit Experience.
■Additional GT League Events
New rounds have been added to the Clio Cup (Beginner League), FR Challenge + (Amateur League), F1500 Championship (Professional League), and the Gr.1 Product Endurance Series (Endurance League).
