PlayStation®Plus - Spotify Premium Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Spotify Discount for PlayStation Plus Members
[April 2018 – March 2019]

Applicable Store	The online store on the PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®3 system known as the PlayStation®Store.

Entrant Countries	Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand
Spotify Premium	Spotify Premium membership purchased from the Applicable Store.

This Offer is open to Sony Entertainment Network (“SEN”) (previously known as PlayStation®Network (“PSN”)) account holders, who are resident of one of the Entrant Countries, who are 18 years old or older and who are a PlayStation®Plus (“PS Plus”) member at the time they purchase Spotify Premium from the PlayStation Store (“Eligible Persons”).
This offer entitles PS Plus members to a 10% discount on the recurring monthly subscription fees applicable from time to time for Spotify Premium memberships purchased from the Applicable Store prior to the Closing Date (the “Offer”). Eligible Persons will keep the benefit of the discount for as long as both the PS Plus membership and the Spotify Premium membership purchased prior to the Closing Date continue. If an Eligible Person cancels their PS Plus membership, their Spotify Premium membership will continue and any future recurring monthly subscription fees payable for Spotify Premium will be charged at the then current full Spotify Premium price as shown on the PS Store.
This Offer opens on the Opening Date and closes on the Closing Date. The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Promotional Period”.
Eligible Persons may purchase Spotify Premium on the Applicable Store during the Promotional Period.
One Offer per Eligible Person only.
Offer only available for Spotify Premium purchased via Applicable Store.
Offer only available in Entrant Countries.
Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
PS Plus and Spotify Premium are only available to SEN account holders with access to PlayStation®Store and high-speed internet. PSN, PS Store, PS Plus and Spotify Premium subject to terms of use and country and language restrictions. Users must be 18 years old or older to participate in this Offer. Service availability is not guaranteed. Online features of specific games may be withdrawn on reasonable notice. Credit card required to purchase PlayStation®Music and PS Plus. PS Plus memberships and Spotify Premium memberships purchased from the PS Store will continue indefinitely until cancelled and the recurring membership fee for each service will be deducted from the user’s wallet automatically if the user has sufficient funds in their wallet or a valid payment method registered to their account. A user can cancel their PS Plus and/or Spotify Premium memberships at any time so that their subscription will expire on their next payment due date. This will stop future payments of the subscription fees but they will not receive a refund for payments already made.

When a user purchases a subscription, we will turn ON automatic funding in their account settings. This means that if a user does not have enough funds in their wallet to pay the subscription fees, the required balance will be charged to the payment method registered to their account (if any) unless they turn off automatic funding. To turn off automatic funding, go to [Account Settings] > [Wallet] > [Wallet Settings].
Internet required. Eligible Persons are responsible for any internet access fees.
The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the Offer.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel this Offer or update and/or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to provide the Offer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and the contract between each Entrant and the Promoter shall be deemed to have been formed and performed in Hong Kong.
