Extended Warranty Service

Extended Warranty Service for PlayStation®4/ PlayStation®Vita. Each product (i.e. Serial Number) is entitled to enjoy extended warranty service once only.

Product Registration

Login your account for PlayStation Network (PSN) and register your PlayStation 4/PlayStation Vita warranty online to get an additional 90-day Free Extended Warranty.

PSN members should register product online before the standard warranty period (1 year) expires.

Online Product Registration is eligible for PSN members from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia only. PSN members from Philippine and Vietnam are not eligible to the service.

Attention: please ensure that you have added an "Online ID" to your account for PSN, or you will not be able to register your PlayStation product online even if you have a valid account for PSN.
