Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited (“SIEH”) official PlayStation® products are entitled to 1-year free warranty service, subject to the terms and conditions for Warranty Service as below.

Extended Warranty Service

Extended Warranty Service for PlayStation®4/ PlayStation®Vita. Each product (i.e. Serial Number) is entitled to enjoy extended warranty service once only.

Product Registration

Login your Sony Entertainment Network (“SEN”) account and register your PlayStation®4/PlayStation®Vita warranty online to get an additional 90-day Free Extended Warranty.

SEN members should register product online before the standard warranty period (1 year) expires.

Online Product Registration is eligible for SEN members from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia only. SEN members from Philippine and Vietnam are not eligible to the service.

Attention: please ensure that you have added an "Online ID" to your PSN account, or you will not be able to register your PlayStation® product online even if you have a valid SEN account.
