Customer may purchase 1-Year Extended Warranty Service for PlayStation®4 / PlayStation®Vita from designated Retail Stores in Hong Kong.
Online Product Registration of each PlayStation®4 / PlayStation®Vita must be completed within 1 year from the date of purchase. Each product (i.e. each serial number) is entitled to Extended Warranty Service once only.
Warranty period of additional 90 Days Extra Warranty Service and 1-Year Extended Warranty service shall be started immediately after the end of the original 1-year warranty period. Each product (i.e. each serial number) is entitled to a maximum warranty period of 2 years and 90 days.
The Original purchase invoice and the 1-Year Extended Warranty Service card must be presented upon requesting the Repair Service.
Service coverage, terms and conditions for 90 Days Extra Warranty Service and 1-Year Extended Warranty is same as that of the original 1-year warranty.
