Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited (“SIEH”) official PlayStation products are entitled to 1-year free warranty service, subject to the terms and conditions for Warranty Service as below.
Regional Warranty Service is entitled to the warranty services for PlayStation 4*, PlayStation VR*, PlayStation 3* and PlayStation Vita* in any Southeast Asia countries where a particular model of product has been officially launched and is licensed by Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited for sale and purchase.

90 Days Extra Warranty Service
Customers who successfully completed the online product registration for their PlayStation 4 / PlayStation Vita may enjoy an additional 90-day Free Extended Warranty Service.
90 Days Extra Warranty Service is eligible for PSN members from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia only. PSN members from Philippines and Vietnam are not eligible to the service.
Online Product Registration of each PlayStation 4 / PlayStation Vita must be completed within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Each product (i.e. each serial number) is entitled to Extended Warranty Service once only.
Warranty period of additional Extended Warranty service shall be started immediately after the end of the original 1-year warranty period.
Service coverage, terms and conditions for extended warranty is same as that of the original 1-year warranty.
