- This promotion, conducted by Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited (“SIEH”), is open to person who has an account of PlayStation™Network (“PSN”), who are residents of one of the Entrant Countries/Regions and reach the age of majority (18 years if you are a Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or Indonesia or Malaysia resident, or 21 years if you are a Singapore resident, or 20 years if you are a Taiwan Region or Thailand resident).
- This promotion commences on the Opening Date and closes on the Closing Date. The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Promotional Period”.
- This promotion entitles Eligible Persons who purchase the Applicable Product during the Promotional Period to receive 1050 FIFA Points. A Redemption code for 1050 FIFA Points will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 7 days upon purchase.
- Applicable Product can be purchased once per account and per Eligible Person.
- 12Month PlayStation®Plus Membership renews automatically and continues until cancelled on the same day of your subscription/renewal 12 month later depending on the period of your subscription. At the end of the membership term, cost of the membership for the next term will automatically be deducted from your PSN wallet. If there are not enough funds in the wallet, your credit card will automatically be charged. For more details, please see the PlayStation™Network Terms of Service and User Agreement.
- You can always review your service expiry date from Service List via your PlayStation® console.
- For Eligible Persons who are already PlayStation®Plus members and wish to take advantage of the promotion, their new PlayStation Plus: 12 Month Membership will begin when their next monthly or quarterly payment would otherwise have been due and, from then on, they will be charged on a recurring basis every year until they cancel (instead of every month or 3 months as they have previously paid).
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, SIEH may, in its sole discretion, refuse to deliver the redemption code for 1050 FIFA Points.
- SIEH reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of this promotion.
- SIEH accepts no responsibility for failure of any Eligible Person to create or sign-in to their account, to receive a Promotion Email, or to receive or redeem the code, as a result of any Eligible Person’s or third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind.
- SIEH reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion or update and/or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a dispute, SIEH’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
