Q: I have purchased a PS4 / PS VITA recently. How do I enjoy/ register the 1-year and 90 days extended warranty during the system outage?

A: We are sorry that the online registration service for Asia region is currently unavailable due to system maintenance. However, we would like to reassure that you may register your product at any time within 1 year from the Date of Purchase, while the 1-year and 90 days extended warranty, counted from your Date of Purchase, will not be affected by your date of registration. Hence, we suggest that you may register your newly purchased PlayStation products when our service is resumed.
Q: How do I enjoy/ register the 1-year extended warranty during the system outage?
A: We are sorry that the online registration service for Asia region is currently unavailable due to system maintenance. If you have already registered your product and are enjoying the 1-year and 90 days warranty, registration of 1-year extended warranty can be made at any time within your current warranty period. If you have not registered your product yet, registration should be made within 1 year from your Date of Purchase. You may register your PlayStation product when our service is resumed.
Q: I prefer to register now. Is it possible?

A: Yes, you may contact the PlayStation® Customer Service Hotline to complete your warranty registration manually, regional hotlines are as follows:

Q: I’ve lost my purchase invoice, am I still entitled to the 1-year and 90 days warranty?
A: Please note that the original purchase invoice is required to register the 1-year and 90 days warranty. If you have lost your invoice, we are sorry that you may not enjoy the 1-year and 90 days warranty service. Alternatively, you will be entitled to a 1-year warranty service counted from the date of manufacture of your console. At our repair center, we will check the date of manufacture of your console and provide warranty service accordingly. 
Q: I have not registered my PlayStation® Product yet. What should I do if an urgent repair is needed? May I bring the console to the repair center directly?
A: Yes, you may bring your console, together with the purchase invoice, to our repair center for service. We will check the date of purchase of your console and provide warranty service accordingly.
