“TuneIn Radio” TO BE LAUNCHED ON SELECTIVE PLAYSTATION PLATFORMS IN ASIAN COUNTRIES AND REGIONS


Thailand, 7th March, 2014 - Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia (SCEJA), a division of Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., responsible for business operation in Japan and Asia, today announced that the Internet Radio service, “TuneIn Radio” became available on PlayStation®3 (PS3™), PlayStation®Vita (PS Vita), and PlayStation®Vita TV (PS Vita TV) in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand from March 11, 2014.  TuneIn Radio app can be downloaded from PlayStation®Store for free.

 

 

TuneIn Radio is the world’s leading service for listening to live radio, with over 100,000 live radio stations and two million on-demand programs, including podcasts, concerts, and interviews. With over 40 million monthly active listeners, TuneIn Radio is one of the world’s most popular audio streaming services. 

 

 

Within this app, users can simply search by keyword, category or genre, and pick the song or station to listen to. Users can also save their favorite songs and radio stations by using the “Favorite” feature.  If a user is already a TuneIn listener, then just log on with the free registered account and start the favourite song or radio station right away.
